The Gregory W. Moyer Defibrillator Fund, Inc. has
been granted 501(c)(3) status by the Internal Revenue Service meaning that
all contributions made to it are fully tax deductible. It is also
registered as a charitable organization by the Department of State, Bureau
of Charitable Organizations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
(Certificate No. 27336).

All funds received
will be used to purchase and donate AEDs, provide CPR and AED training,
increase public awareness, and support state and Federal legislation
related to public access defibrillation.
None of the directors
or officers receive remuneration from the fund and no indirect
administrative expenses are drawn from it. Thus, any money you donate will
be used to further the goals on which Greg’s Fund is based.
